Melinda, who serves as a Managing Director at Stretto, was recognized for her dedication to her career and her accomplishments as a business leader and mentor.

Melinda Bennett has achieved significant milestones throughout her career spanning more than three decades in the bankruptcy services and technology industry, while paving the way for others to further their professional development and goals. She began her career as a bankruptcy paralegal working with both debtors and a U.S. panel trustee to streamline the bankruptcy process for attorneys, debtors, and creditors. With this expertise, she joined Bankruptcy Management Solutions (BMS), which later rebranded to Stretto, where she has led and overseen the internal operation and development of case-management services and technology solutions designed to support U.S. panel trustees engaged in
Chapter 7 and Subchapter V bankruptcy matters.
