JW has extensive know-how in corporate actions, pre-packaged agreement applications, rights deals, exchange/tender offers, and related distributions. Clients rely on him to simplify complicated processes and skillfully advance their interests and objectives. JW has worked on numerous high-profile engagements across varied industries including Metro-Goldwyn- Mayer Studios Inc., Jack Coopers Holdings Corp., and Excel Maritime.
