As a Regional Director with nearly 10 years of bankruptcy industry experience, Maribel specializes in Chapter 7 Trustee case management. Based in New Jersey, she utilizes insight and practical know-how from her previous roles as a Trustee Administrator and paralegal to work alongside clients in the northeast region. Maribel cultivates and maintains client relationships by serving as an advisor with the overall goal of helping Trustees increase productivity and resolve cases in a swift, efficient manner. Never losing sight of Trustees’ ultimate objective of maximizing asset recovery, she provides a nuanced, thoughtful approach when analyzing and reconciling claims. Collaborating with Stretto’s Director of Education & Training, Maribel also provides hands-on assistance and process support so Trustees have the resources needed to overcome operational hurdles that would otherwise impact their day-to-day workflow.
