As Managing Director, Stephen leverages a national network of banking partners ensuring fiduciaries meet stringent regulatory and compliance obligations while efficiently managing and distributing funds. As a former Attorney with expertise in corporate restructuring and claims administration, he is able to navigate complex and sensitive legal and operational challenges. Stephen also directs teams handling complex banking transactions and claims distributions, implementing robust fraud prevention and risk management strategies to safeguard assets and mitigate risk. Stephen has facilitated over $500 million in distributions, managing over one million payments across various post-confirmation and regulatory actions, including Mahwah Bergen Retail Group (Ascena), Neiman Marcus Group, and Celsius Network. Prior to joining Stretto, Stephen was an Associate at Michael Sullivan & Associates.
